The Monthly Challenges -------------------- Each month the Bryce Forum has a monthly challenge. All Renderosity Members are invited to participate. The winners of the previous challenge gets to choose the theme for the next challenge. The rules are simple; -Create an image in any version of Bryce based on the theme of the challenge. -Post work is allowed in your images, as well as using imported models (even those made by someone else). *(This specific rule can change month to month, please view the Forum Banner under "Read about it HERE", to read about any challenge details.) -All entries are new images created for the challenge, please do not post old works (we want you to stay creative). -Please do not post Works in Progress (WIP), just your final entry, since it tends to cause confusion during voting time. -Contest entries need to be posted "Monthly Challenge Entry" as the subject of the post. ------------------- Images will be put in a single thread at the end of the month for members to vote on. Members may vote for only 1 image/artist, Voting for your own work will not be counted. After the first of the month, the votes will be tallied and the winner announced. The winner will be given an award image they may use on their personal site(s). They will then choose the theme for the next challenge. ------------------- Entry Restrictions: Dimensions - Entries cannot be any larger than either 800 (horizontal) x 600 (vertical) pixels, or 600 (vertical) x 800 (horizontal). Anything equal to or less than these dimensions is fine. No, 800 x 800 is not acceptable. Quality - Keep your .jpgs saved at 90% quality or less. These restrictions are needed to keep the total amount of Kb's down to a minimum so when all the images are combined at the end of the month members with slower internet connections will still be able to bring up ALL the entries in the thread post, so they can vote fairly. Entries will be checked for adherence.
