Hi I remember reading about a few companies that make real models out of metals or plastics based on 3D files like OBJ and DXF. I have actually worked with some CAM stuff but that's not where I am leading. I was hoping some of you may have some suggestions of websites that offer these services. Any comments of past experiences would be good to hear of as well. I am hoping it's easier to ask hear in the forums than to go looking through my collection of Books and Magazines on 3d subjects.
