Hi all, I was so busy that I had no time to do it earlier. But from now on, please vote for the image you prefer. Have a look at the link above to see them all. Vote will be closed April 27, 3 a.m New York time, 9 a.m. GMT. GuittaSAMS3D posted Thu, 25 April 2002 at 1:00 PM
I went and looked at all of them again.....boy they all have such a high quality, really nice work and I mean that, all of the concepts are just right. Since we have to vote for one, I guess my favorite is: kruzr, everything about that picture I like, right down to the toilet paper and manual on the ground.....just well, well done. Good work to you all, but kruzr is my vote. Sharen

I think all the entries are "sh.." this time - LOL! No, they are all really great but ugly or something like that - LOL! Sorry, but this time using these other words cause a little madness in my brain. Okay - here comes the voting: The picture of NightVoice is the muddiest! The pic of kruzr is the most sh..ty one I've ever seen and as I believe that I will ever see in our gallery in the future! Ms_Outlaw's picture is so very stinky and slimy that it still makes me run to the toilet. So, my vote goes to ... tata ... Ms_Outlaw - great, slimy job! ;-) Bernie P.S. BTW, the realism of all the pictures is very, very good again! P.P.S. Sorry, Guitta for my earlier message - I have deleted it.
Keep cool and fight for the right of others
to have a different opinion than you have!

Thanks Bernie...I think ~L~ Never made a pic before that made someone want to barf ~L~ Anyway, my vote goes to Nightvoice. It reminded me so much of my son who can't seem to ever take his truck out without having to walk home coated in mud to get someone take him back and haul him out. Very good pic Nightvoice. Everyone elses was very good as well. Really pushed the texturing this round.

'Afternoon all . . . :^) Although all of the pictures were very well done, ( in a dirty sort of way ), I think I'd have to vote for Ms Outlaw's image. Great image & you all have a good one . . . Mark. ;^)

this is hard! All the entries are cool g In the end though I liked sittingblue's "End of a Long Hike" the best, the way he has got those footprints in the mud is just so amazingly real! Nice view too g Alla

Already ?!!! Sorry I missed it... I am almost done with my dolphin image. I didn't notice it was yesterday. Anyway... too late to submit now (unless my old image can count as an entry). I vote for scotttucker3d and his soccer ball. His work on details is amazing.

Much too bogged down with work to enter this month but kudos to all those who did - excellent work all round. After some consideration I think my vote has to got to Nightvoice's 'Stuck in the mud' pic. I liked the realism and sense of place; and while all the entries were technically great this was one of the few I found particularly evocative this month. Congrats all round though... K.

I vote for End of a Long Hike by sittingblue. Terrific mud, both on the ground and on his legs. Poor guy. After he freshens up he has to walk back through it to get back to his clothes! It's a vicious cycle. :-) jon

Ok... after veiwing all the magnificent work by all the entries, I have to cast my vote for deadhead "Last Bird on Earth" Very grimy, gritty, muddy, and yet tells a story too. Very well done! Was a hard choice thou... all of them were very good! But I had to go with that one just for the composition and the sense of realism.

I think everyone did an excellent work in this challenge, but since I can only vote once, I vote for Alla's "Knight".

Oh this was hard!! Finally decided on the one that is the most 'muddy' to me... Alla's Knight.
Life Requires Assembly and we all know how THAT goes!

I vote deadhead's "Last Bird on Earth". It may be not enough "Muddy, Gooey, Sticky, Gritty", but very impressive work. Isn't it a praise word "beautiful pic!" this time??? Hatsumi

Well it certainly is a tough call. I keep clicking on one, then another and another and keep going back and forth. You all sure didn't make it easy to decide. :)
It was very close, but I will have to pick Scott Tucker's Soccerball. :)

All the images are beautiful (not so muddy, weird,...). One can think we all failed to render something looking really "beurk". Anyway, my vote is for scotttucker3D due to his little more realistic scene... Yves

I vote for Nightvoice, it brings back memories, not quite so muddy and yukky, but just as stuck!
Varian posted Fri, 26 April 2002 at 11:18 AM
But they are all so icky! LOL! The ones that most made me feel like bathing were those by kruzr, bluevenus and YL. Everyone did an outstanding job, though. I've never seen such a bunch of sticky, gooey Vue images together! :D Alas, only one vote....and it'll have to go to Yves (YL) because that slug haunts my nightmares!

It was a very tough choice - but I really like nightvoice's truck. Everybody did really great work. So many different intrepretations of muddy, sticky, yeechy - very cool! His truck totally sells me on the concept of muddy and the image tells a story.
