Heyas, Somewhat OT - Sorry :) I'm looking for either a screensaver program I can point to a dir full of jpgs/tifs (a slideshow type of thing) or a program to make my own slideshow screensaver oh and preferably freeware or shareware (I'm having a bunch of artists over tomorrow, and want to show off) Thanks! Lyrra

If you have win ME you already have one that does that...on your screensaver list, it's called My Pictures Screensaver and it slideshows all the images in your My Pictures folder....if you don't have win ME then this program does the same thing basically...it's FREE and it's very easy to use! Active Screen Saver Builder. Simple to use and does what you asked.

XP has the same built in "My Pictures" screensaver as well... just point it to a folder and go. Since I see in the other thread it's just for your own use, I thought I'd point that out to you since it'd be free.

you could try webshots it's free too, it does the wallpaper and screensaver slideshow all in one, it also collects your pictures into special files you can share easily
