Subject: Mike missing faces

Hi there. Mike has just started doing this weird thing, the polys around his neck have gone missing. I've tried deleting him and reloading him from the original download, still the same. I've even gone as far as to remove poser, reinstall, 4.03 patch and still they're missing. Any clues?
