There was a post awhile back asking how to make helix or spirals spring like objects. Well it's really easy in Bryce. Multi replicate using values like these. offset 6-5-4 rotate 4-5-6 And you don't need to start with metaballs ( for B4 ) but you can convert to metaballs ( B5 ) or another shapes after you multi replicate, using the double arrow tool at the top left of the edit palette. You can use higher values, but if you use or plan on converting to metaballs keep the offset values close together, so the metaball will cling to each other.

Or, go get the freeware Spiralizer and play with that. Bryce imports just fine. By the way, you might want to get Elefont while you're there as well.

I love Spiralizer, but those dxf files can be really large! Also, you've got a lot more control over the parameters and shapes by multireplicating in Bryce. Thanks for those relative values, Stephen_Ray. I always forget to write down what I've used and can rarely remember how to repeat a good result. Having these should help.
