after many requests (2 in fact) - my rope create torus and edit to 130 attributes box X Y Z pos 21.88 22.45 -5.17 rot 96.48 -0.51 4.47 size 19.64 16 2.49 duplicate torus and change attributes to X Y Z pos 19.96 22.45 -5.17 rot 102.96 -1.01 4.39 size 19.64 16 2.49 keep replicating until you reach horizontal again group all torus and duplicate spin the second group 120 deg on X axis duplicate again and spin 240 deg on X axis group the lot, duplicate and stick on the end etc sorry about this rather primitive tut but do enjoy
