How do you create an RSR thumbnail for poser? Thx in advance!

it can be a bit fiddly, first render a nice picture in poser, something maybe 500X500, then open it in your favourite editor photoshop/psp, resize it to 90X90 and save as a png file, then use p3d0 explorer or rsr2png to change it to an rsr file, and name it the same as your character or prop and that's it, can anyone suggest an easier way?

oh yeah you could do it that way as well, but I like to do things the hard way, it's more satisfying when it works. Rob

Unless it's changed, the png file must be 91x91 pixels, not 90x90 for p3d0 to do the conversion. Saving the figure will create the rsr but any items like hair or clothing that have transparency maps applied will only show up as "dot clouds", not rendered properly. You have to use the png to rsr method to get properly rendered transparency.
