Nice job, Slynk.

btw, comments and critiques are quite welcome, as I don't think I've ever done the whole stitch job thingy before to my recollection.

Why B&W? I think you did a great job on the stitching far as I can tell with my old lady eyes, but I would have liked to seen it in color. Great view too!

I'm a sucker for black and white imagery. Allows for greater contrast in my opinion, which lets me convey the mood I want to much more accurately. The pic was far too pretty in colour for my eyes, and besides, its also easier to stick in black and white, lol.

Good job Slynky, not a stitch in site, very moody b&w.

Great stitch! B/W works well here, especially with the relationship between the water and clouds. Only 'critique' or constructive criticism I'd say is based on personal preference: I would have made the water a bit darker - as you get towards the middle the contrast kind of fades out - but that's just my own preference, and I think the image is wonderful as it stands. Nice work =)

Slenk'o. FABULOUS piece. And for critique. I can see your seams. Image needs bit cloning to hide those dark areas. Use new layer and rubber stamp. And when you clone over seams, dont copy from too close, eye finds repeating patterns really easilly. .n

1. Blurry. Use smaller brush with harder edge and harder opacity. (This can be seen in every seam with yer pic.) 2. Repeating pattern. Clone from bit further. Ry, pic is really beautiful and you did great job with it. Just wanting to share tips what I have found useful, dont mean to nitpick. And scenery like this could be from Finland too. .n

clearly, I needed to spend more than a half hour with this. Not bad for a half hour though .n, u gotta admit that... Message671414.jpg

Yep. Stitching multiple shots of moving water must be maddening. You done good.

Nice pic, lovely landscape. Shame it had to be wasted on Candians, huh?!? ;-) (",)

Yep Ry, half hour well spend, gotta admit. Salina, its not actually that hard, needs just cloning from right place. .n
