Ok, why do so many pics either have just one or two comments, and others have 20 or more? I don't get it at all. Does it matter what time of day you upload a pic? Or the quality of the thumbnail? Am I the only one who gets a bit irked when you spend hours, weeks on a pic, believing it to be your best, only to get virtually no comment, or viewing? And yet if you do what you believe to be your worst pic, it gets loads of hits? lol What do you have to do to get 20 comments???!! Be descended from Michael Angelo?lolol Also, maybe I'm stupid and missing the point, but I think renderers like Vue4 are about capturing realism as best as you can, using it's tools and abilities to their optimum. I don't see the point in doing unrealistic, fake scenes or improbable landscapes (only when we first start using the program). Afterall, that IS why people look, isn't it? For the "wow" factor? For example, I've often seen comments like "Wow, that looks like a photo", implying the scene looks pretty realistic as you would expect to see it in real life, ie, the lighting, the background, the fog, mist, rock textures, etc. That just gives me the impression others TOO look for realism in the pictures they view. Hope I don't sound snobbish, I'm in NO WAY criticising ANY artist on this site, we all have abilities and talents that have equal value, whatever we choose to use Vue4 for ;) I guess my point is rather a moot one ;) lol JoeBlack
