Subject: Hello Clint??

Hi...just posted in another ahm..how dyou call it, my english s not the best, sorry. Ive got a problem: I did everything alright with my cart, filled out all forms....then I click on the "secure purchase" button...but: Nothing but the screen that the server wasnt found will open...:o( It happens now the whole afternoon and I dont know what to do. I think its a problem from Renderosity??? Cuz everything with my PC is okay...it works fine....what should I do know? Its urgent!!! Thx for ya help...Nadine

Purchases are working fine. No system problems. Make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser. If on a MAC use the latest verison of Netscape communicator. Clint

Sorry, but everything works fine with my browser, it really has to be a problem with the site of Renderosity!!! Sorry for that. And I`ve tried it the whole time, but still the same website..."server not found". Maybe you could do something. Thanks. Nadine

As I said the MarketPlace is functioning fine. We are making sales to other customers without any problems. What OS and Browser are you running and what versions of each? Clint

Thanks a lot, now everything was alright...I tried it this afternoon again and now I already bought the stuff I needed...:o) Maybe it was my DSL.... Anyway, many Thanx for your support, its great! Bye, Nadine
