Subject: Can someone I.D. this Poser freestuff item for me?

More specifically, can you I.D. what the texture/transmap is meant to be applied to? I have this tucked away for a while and just now unzipped it, no text file and this was the original thumbnail (also with no text). Any help. Thanks. AgentSmith
