According to the April issue of 3D World we are supposed to get a new CD with an apology thanking us for being loyal customers, but when I called them to find out why I didn't get my copy no one knew what I was talking about. I know that I can download the newest update from their web site, already have. But I want to know why they tell a magazine that they have sent these CD's and yet I haven't gotten one. lol Curious minds want to know. I have a message in asking them to call me so who knows, maybe by the end of the week I will have an answer. Marque

The update in 3D World Mag (I just got my copy as well) is a little underinformed. Customers who purchased the Mac OS X version v1.0 (the one we shipped at MacWorld SF 2002 in January) received a disk pack in the mail and a note. As we set up for the show, two issues became immediately clear to us. The first -- some of the products shipping had some bum disks, but it was impossible to tell without opening them up and checking. The second was a number of issues with the Mac OS X version which we've already seen here. The update disk took care of the more irritating ones. However we have had two patches (4.0.5 and 4.0.6) since then. I recommend that you download 4.0.6. The disk packs happened so long ago (software years are x2 dog years!) that I was wondering myself what 3D World Mag was talking about.
