...anyone who is interested in some bigger versions of the frames from the "Crops" part of a work of mine named as "Textures and Crops - 07". I exaggerated it a bit maybe, but here we go after this...

I agree with you 100% for each of them having their own lives, and different framings by even just a few pixels only helps to bring forth new lives..! Thanks for the immediate reply... :)

Thanks for the replies, dear people..! :)
Dear Niko, the crops you see here are actualy 1:1 scaled ones...
I mean, they are cropped directly from the approx. 2700x2100 pix master image which is the scan of the printed 18x24 cm photo at 300 ppi.
I may post you the master image as a 256 bit greyscale JPG image (JPG conversion performed in ACDSee 3.0, and at 100% quality - least compression). I do not know the exact data load of such a file, but I think it will be around 1 MB maximum.
If you say OK, I'll be dealing with this after work this afternoon, but I may need your e-mail adress...
Any suggestion from you about compression..?
I'm thankful for all the interest... :)

Doruk, I dont need such a fine image. I would like to use parts from that as textures in my future works. You use ACDSee, well, I would like to have that 100%, ACDSee's jpg-packing engine is quite poor. NO hurries, I would be grateful if you could mail it to me. niko.rantalainen@radiolinja.fi Thank you Doruk. .n

Oh where have I been missing these!!! Thankyou doruk, they are beautiful. Texture heaven, I agree with Alpha that each seems to take on a life of it's own, they become like landscapes to explore & #3 looks like a painting to me. Inspirational as ever
