My idea of rebooting is kicking somebody in the butt twice!

Related question! In XP I accidently clicked "open" instead of save... so now it doesn't give me the choice of saving first! On big downloads it just sits there and churns away with no visable progress until (on dial up) forever when it finally opens in a new window as a typical folder. What can I do to revert back to asking me if i want to open it or save it?

I dont know if this works on XP(I have Win98) but I had that problem. Click on My Computer then click on View>Folder Options, click on the File Types tab. Scroll down to your zip file and click Edit. Make sure there is a check in the box beside "Confirm open after download" here is a screenshot...
