this is my entry : "invocation".
the character was done in Poser4, the rest in VUE4.
the fire is made of many primitives with glowing, fuzzy, volumetric, transparent, and luminous materials, and a few quad' point lights.
I didn't do any editing on the final render, just contrast and highlight modifications...

Sorry I didn't say something sooner, I was out of town. Anyway, that is very cool. Love the glowing branches! Good work! :)
