(Same damn thign with Toshiba Tech Support) ANYWAY... does any1 have or had this problem... if so... wtf do i do? try to return it? btw.. i have a 700mhz pent with 256 mb of ram. the box says i meet requirments. I don't think the problem is the PC. I have 233Mhz and 32 Ram and ir runs almost perfect. It crashes sometimes in the program and everytime I exit the program, but the rest is fine. It might be your video card. I heard it has problems with geforce cards. Try to disable opengl and to reduce the wireframe quality. Or download the latest patch. It might work. If you can't make it work try to return it, but I don't think you can because you already opened the package.

The only thing that I have seen with Vue that seems to resemble this is incompatibilities with OpenGL and some graphics cards. I'm not sure what the default configurations are for this? Go to file >> Options on the menu bar and turn off the OpenGL stuff. It might help. (Also, if you haven't already - try downloading the latest patch from Eon.) If things are still not working -- try coming back to the forum with more info on system configuration. See if others are running okay with your video card and OS combination . . . Good luck

I had the same problem. I turned off openGL as suggested by the above two people, and it's been fine since. I also did the complete update to 4.06. Hope that works for you.

GODspedd, welcome here:-) First of all, when you open Vue, click at HELP--->ABOUT VUE and make sure you have version 4.06-02. If not, go to www.e-onsoftware.com and download the latest patch for Vue 4 (06 FULL UPDATE). If you have already Vue 4.06-02, create a new file in Vue. Then go in the menu FILE--->OPTIONS There uncheck at right USE OPENGL As thorntoa already mentionned, you may have a graphic card not compatible with Vue or OPENGL. If this doesn't help, write an e-mail to Steve Bell at sbell.support@e-onsoftware.com Please explain clearly and shortly your problem. I must say, that I did not understand what you mean with """But when i choose ANY temp...""" What is ANY temp? Please feel free to come back if you need further help. Guitta
