I had to re-install everything from scratch due to a hard disk crash last week. So I did a fresh install of Poser 4, entered my name and serial, then did an install of ProPack, entered my serial number, then downloaded PPP SR3 from CL's web site and have tried to install that too. The problem that I'm running into (twice now) is that the SR3 update times out before it installs. I have not moved either the Poser 4 install folder nor the PPP update. The first time I tried installing the SR3 update it was located on the Desktop. The second time I re-located the SR3 update into the Poser folder. Any suggestions? I'm also cc'ing this to CL for their help. TIA - scara
