I think you need poser, if you need a static person in the scene poser is all what you need, but to animate a Poser character in Bryce you need another programm (Natural pose).

Hi. I havn't seen the animation in question but I do a bit of Bryce animation. You can't directly bring a Poser animation into Bryce. There are 2 programs that allow you to do this. One is called Susannah. Sorry I can't remember the other ones name. I've done several short animations with Poser figures in Bryce by changing origin points and linking everything together. You can see them at my web site.

No what he is talking about is adding a live action video on top of a bryce rendered animation. You would need a video editing program like Premeire, make a mask for your live actor so you don't have the background for him, just the actor. Then you would composite your live actor video onto your Bryce animation.

If you mean using real live action I suggest you use some ind of blue-screen program to cut out the actor from it's environment. If you know how to program in Delphi or C++ a bit you can even make one yourself it's not that hard (Or so I've been told). And in 2 weeks my new animation reaches it's deadline and a friend programs his own bluescreen program for use in that animation so maybe he can make it good enough to be used for other peoples projects too. like yours.
