I have poser 4 from the old metacreation's! I want poser pro pack, but I've been told it will only work with poser 4.103!!!! Something like that any way! Can I download the newer version of poser 4? How does it intergrate with max 4.2? Where do I look to down load the update?

They have the latest patches for Poserhauksdottir posted Thu, 23 May 2002 at 3:45 PM
You should download the latest patch (4.03) from CL in any case. A lot of models won't work correctly without it (widgety hips or fingers or whatever) and it fixes a few bugs. It's free and easy to install. I think you can go directly from P4 to the ProPack, but I went up from the patched version. ProPack is wonderful if you need to create your own posable figures or interface with other applications such as Max or Lightwave. Having the option of multiple cameras in the viewing area is nice, too. When you get ProPack, be aware that there are "service pack" releases for it. They are free. The latest one is SP 3. You can download it at the same time that you nab the 4.03 patch (and wait to install it), but it is hefty... if you are on dial-up, do it at night. You don't have to install the intermediary ones, just the latest. Carolly
