I had purchased software from them months ago, and when I had a big nasty expensive windows crash, and lost all my windows registry stuff, the aps I bought from them stopped working, or reverted to demo mode. Both of these fine fellows anwered my email pleas for help in short order, dug through their records, and sent me what I needed to have uvmappro and cr2edit up and running again. Thanks guys!
