Philc has what looks like a great Dracula cape with his "Romantix - Michael" set in the Marketplace.

I don't believe that Animotions has transferred all of the separately downloadable capes from the old 3D-CC site, but a ton of superhero characters with capes are available for download. You could browse the DC and Marvel sections until you find a good style.

Gloria Gast has a free cape prop at Poser Junction.

While you're in the Marketplace, take a look at brycetech's Dracula clothes and JesterCGI's flowing cape, also.

Jim Burton also gave away a wonderful free dracula cape just before Halloweeen last year, don't know if it is still available.

PhilC also had a free cape at Halloween, and it may still be up on his site. I absolutely love Brycetech's from the Dracula clothes; the collar and counterweight are just too cool. Here's a pic on Blood Rose.
