Lots of interesting stuff here cyrstalwizz, did you get in amongst it and get some of the detail? Been looking for a place like this in the UK for ages. :O)

no i couldn't get into the yard. great big, locked gate. there's a lot of stuff like that around here. you could always come visit texas :)

OH. I thought you were in my town. BTW probably the tank got hot the the air cooled -et voillia the tank buckles. bsteph

umm maybe. they're a grain processing plant though so I could see a truck having backed into it too. the sirens are always going off over there, no explosions as yet though. For those that have never seen one, here's a shot of the end of a grain elevator. The thing is several stories tall a couple blocks long when seen from the front.
