heyas, ecstacy! the only type of props you can make with bryce are terrains that you can export. bryce doesn't play well with other apps. (well, it imports, but it wont export anything.) i have some ray dream tutorials on my site, although they are for 5.02. i'm not sure version 3 exported or dealt with obj formats, either. unless the mac version is different from the pc version. you can look for free modellers at www.3dlinks.com, if you want a new one :) ps: thanks for your newest victoria skin, iris!smerc posted Thu, 06 June 2002 at 8:08 PM
www.sams3d.com has a good tutorial for making a poesable chest. www.philc.net has a good CD for making conforming clothing. Can't help you with ray dream tho.

Actually, believe it or not, I did manage to export a prop from Bryce. It took me a good week to figure it out, but I did it. How? I exported it a piece at a time! As long as each piece is made from only ONE terrain, it can be exported from Bryce as an OBJ file. Once all the pieces were out, I reassembled them in Poser, and then exported all the pieces together as a combined OBJ file. So it IS possible. But it's a LOT of work, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're really desperate :-)
