Hi there, I'm a user of bryce ever since version 2, but the rendering speed of the version 5 really gets on my nerve, too slow for my taste. The other day I tried the Demo version of Vue d'esprit 4 and I fell in love with it, the image quality is much superior than Bryce 5 and I'm thinking of buy it, but my question is, is the rendering Speed of Vue d'esprit faster than Bryce 5? Thank for your comments in advance. Francisco1

I don't have Bryce, but all our ex-users of Bryce says that Vue's render engine is pretty faster. Guitta

I use both Bryce and Vue, and have found that when rendering complex scenes both programs are slower than hell. However, the deciding difference is image quality. At least with Vue you get a decent image after waiting for a 36 hour render.
If you want faster renders, get a faster computer. If you want decent images without having to do a lot of post-work, get Vue.

I find Vue faster than Bryce, and the images much more realistic. In fact, since I got Vue 4 I have only made a couple of images in Bryce, and they were to compare getting the same effect in Bryce and Vue. Vue won.
