Do anybody know if it is (or are going to be) possible to use an animated Poser-scen (as an imported document) and make a final render/animation in Carrera?

They haven't created the plugin yet. There were plans for it, but with the current MC problems who knows what will happen.

Yes they do...they are selling off all their programs and going into the Metastream business. Carrara may be sold as well.

I heard from the guys at metacreations that carrara and some other products WON'T be sold

So, we will hope that Metacreation at least will keep Poser and Carrera then?

Nope. Carrara WILL be sold. Poser is going as well.

For your info about what will be sold as far as Metacreations os concerned is "All" of there packaged software products will be sold off. That includes Carrara and Poser and Bryce. Though the gossip is that if Meta does not find a suitable home for Bryce that E.W. ( brycers will know of who I speak) will attempt to attain Bryce. As the grapevine reads for now.
