The Yoda character does not work with Mimic because the head was replaced, and its creator, WarriorDL, did not include the morph targets that Mimic uses to move the mouth and blink the eyes. The morphs appear in the dial lists, but they're left over from the original P4 Male figure, and won't work with the new head. To make it work, you must remove and replace the morphs. I have some experience with this, and could create a working version overnight, but I'd need WarriorDL's permission to post the new .cr2.

I had the little green guy talking as early as last night, but lost my Internet connection.
Now I can't get him to shut up.
I'm still waiting for permission from WarriorDL.

Sad to say, this Yoda has more expression on his face than Anakin or Amidala had in Episode II. (I just suffered through Episode 2. At least Yoda had some time to show what he was doing while he was skipping his English classes.)

I didn't watch Episode 2 for the acting, myself. I went for the lightsaber battles. Show of hands: who wants to see an extended rematch between Yoda and Dooku in Episode 3? While I'm waiting for WarriorDL to respond, I think I'll create some more expression morphs. I've already done a frown.

Good news, everyone. WarriorDL has generously given me permission to post the modified .cr2. You'll still need to download his original figure in order to extract the .obj meshes and textures, but updating it will be simple. Just replace the original .cr2 with mine, and you're ready to animate. I'll have the new .cr2 posted in Free Stuff within two hours. I need to clean up a few bits to make certain that it'll work on everyone else's system.
