I just emailed Curious Labs about a an OSX version of Poser and this the answer I got. We appreciate your feedback and request for information about Poser and Mac OSX. A fully Mac OS X compliant version of Poser is currently in development, but no release dates are available at this time. We will make a formal public announcement about delivery timelines for a Mac OSX version in the future. This announcement and release details will be available on our website and via the Poser community. **************************** Tori Porter Product Development Specialist Curious Labs, Inc

that possibly means poser5 is on it's way soon and will be OS X compatible, with any luck it will be with us by the end of the year. Rob

c1rcle used the word "soon"... but the message quoted from CL did not.

yeah but if you read the post about the bay area poser party, kupa & emaleth had some very nice software to show off, NDA's signed all round, if whatever it is, is ready to be shown off, then it's only a matter of time till it's ready for sale at last :) Rob

Maybe we'll see something about Poser 5 at Siggraph in July :) I'll keep my fingers crossed!
