When one is in the "instant messenger" area, you can see a list of artists on-line. Would it be possible to filter the on-line list so one only sees the artists from your country or (even more selectively) from - say.. your local area?

Didn't you know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That's why eyedrops and rose-colored glasses are needed.
