Perfect...Thanks for the info. I've re-enabled the download button for you. Let me know if you continue to have problems. Clint

Doug - Hang tight. I'll get you fixed up. We have a few other trick to try. :) 1) I can E-Mail the file to you. Its 28.6mb in size. Will your E-Mail account handle a file of that size? 2) I can give you another address to try and DL the file from. 3) you can have it burned to disk and shipped to you for real cheap. :) Let me know which route you would like to try next. I don't think I'm meant to have this product lol...I've tried to zip out much smaller files from my email addresses and got the "file too large" message. So, I assume I will have the same problem downloading 28 megs. I guess I can try downloading from a different address, see if that works. Thanks for your patience. Doug
Doug, have you gotten that file yet? I believe the MSN file limit for emails is around 1 or 2MB... Heck I don't know any ISP who'd give you 28MB for email file sizes. Are you using a firewall and/or antivirus program? If so, you might try disabling them while you download. If you're not visiting any other site during that time, you shouldn't need to worry about viruses coming into your computer. If you still haven't figured this out, you might want to send me an email or IM. I used to work tech support for MSN, and we can see if there are any tricks we can try here. Ron
Thanks for the posts. I've tried everything short of driving to Renderosity and picking it up. Clint even gave me a new address to download from, but as usual I got booted from MSN before the download completed. I was hoping to continue the download where I left off, but it started at the beginning. Neither of my email clients will allow that big of a file size (MSN & Yahoo). So, no biggie. I've given up. The product was a gift from a contest I won ($5), so it's cool. At least now I know not to try these insane 28 mg downloads! Doug

I downloaded a product here, but when I tried to open the zip I got this error message: "cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive if you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again" I would have tried to download again, but it's a 4 hr download! And I'm using dial-up. Should I contact the owner of the product? Not sure what to do now. Thanks, Doug
