Subject: Freestuff item incorrectly marked with commercial use - license required

There's a Starfury available in Max freestuff that is marked with commercial permission. Unless a license has been acquired from the relevant companies who hold the trademark and copyright on this item then the author is wrongly awarding commercial permission. Sorry to be a pain, but this sort of thing can blow back in nasty ways causing trouble for everyone. The item in question is. What sci-fi scenario does Starfury occur in? I am in England and I don't know every USA-only sci-fi scenario.

Funny that Mr. Appleyard, I'm in the UK as well. So, please don't make the assumption that "everything" is US only. Starfury is a trademarked and copyrighted item from Babylon 5. It's ok to make a model of one, but not ok to grant commercial use of that model
