how to get a copyright of images before i upload them?

You can burn them to a CD and post them to yourself with registered mail. Then don't open the packet. Any legal gurus? H:)

Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form so that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device. If you're talking about a filing a formal copyright & assuming you're in the US go to... http://www.copyright.gov/faq.html and that will give you all the necessary info.
