Im a little confused. Which render engine am I suppose to get the best quality out of? The Hybrid Ray Tracer or the standard ray Tracer? I cant really see a lot of differance in the renders. Help..?? Clint

I have not seen any diff. But I heard from one of the developers that Hybrid Ray Tracer is faster and the standard ray Tracer is better. Spike

The final render quality seems to be the same. There is a difference in speed; especially if there is a mixture of non-reflective or transparent objects combined with nonreflective. Thy Hybrid is faster. Mark

In my experience (albeit with RayDream 3D) the hybrid renderer is not as good as the ray-tracer. Certain small artifacts creep into the image with the hybrid that vexed me. It wasn't until I just went for full raytracing that they disappeared.
