In the Marketplace, there is this note: a dot and "Denotes an item that is currently on sale! Note: If an item was $5.00 it will not show as on sale, because that is the minimum amount.". What does "on sale" mean? Here in England "on sale" means "people can buy it", but people can buy all the marketplace items, not only those marked with the dot.
