Heh heh. You got it Gypsy. Vote with your wallet. ;] Most effective commercial chastisement ever invented. And it won't bug me a bit to do the bulk of my shopping at RDNA, here and other online outlets.

Why the bodysuit? I wondered about that so I tried something. Let me say firstly that I do have Mike2, so this was just an experiment. I used the Tailor to transfer morphs from the Morph Pak shirt to a stripped Michael CR2. The morphs transferred, but Mike looks as if he' wearing a shirt. Now the bodysuit is form fitting. This means that if I transfer the same morphs to Mike 1, I get the same look as Mike 2. DAZ have obviously seen this and are rightly not happy. Hell, I could take morphs from the body suit, stick 'em on Mike, and Voila! Mike 2,no extra cost. The main point is this...it actually only works with the body suit. Because the Tailor approximates the shape of the morph, any loose fitting clothing (most of them) will mess Mike up. Crescent, no problem with your armour, Aiko may be able to wear V2's version, but try transferring the morphs from the suit to Aiko and you will not get V2 Of course, DAZ HAVE helpd to create this monster themselves by selling the Morph Pack with bodysuit, but vthat is not our problem.

Don't chortle too hard George. I'll guarantee NO ONE gets rich from my shopping, not even the computer hardware people. ;] Too much scots in the irish side of my ancestry - it's acutely painful for me to crack open my wallet. ;]

AH HA! Okay...so it's okay with everything but the Bodysuits because it will allow the re-distributing of morphs without buying the model. HA AH HA! Damn...I have such a headache. I had to read 3 gazillion fraggin threads just to find that simple shit? WTF? Maybe it was somewhere in all those others....but damn...my eyes were starting to cross permanently reading all that arguing. LOL!

Hi nikita, you are late for the party. ;)

nikitacreed ( ) posted Mon, 01 July 2002 at 11:25 AM

LOL! Yah...it would seem I am really really late for the party. ;o) I thought I had it figured out....but now I am seeing talk of it's not okay to make anything at all that fits Mike2 and Vicki2 without selling it at DAZ. rubs her aching head I wonder...is it at all possible for DAZ to just come out and say one way or another? In a language that I can understand? No legalese? Without trying to put a spin on it like god damned politicians? How about some straight talk? Too much to ask?

Remember that Star Trek Orginal Series episode where Kirk and co get trapped on a planet with a bunch of androids, and Spock uses the line "Logic is a bunch of little blue flowers that smell bad" (or someting like that? Anyway, the androids overloaded their logic circuits trying to figure that out. I think that's what Daz is doing. All the content creators are spending so much time and engery trying to figure this new logic of V2 and M2 out, that there is no time or energy left for making anything that competes with Daz. In the end, all the content creators will be lying around, sparks and smoke shooting out of their ears, whilst Daz carries on making and selling stuff. Pretty sneaky! Regards- Lemurtek

ROFLMAO @ Lemurtek! That must be it! AHA! ;o)

BTW, engery = angry energy. Uh... yeah, that's it! Regards- Lemurtek
