Can anyone tell me from experience, please, how long one typically waits after uploading an item to the Marketplace before it finally appears, assuming that there is nothing wrong with the files? And likewise, does anyone know if the usual Renderosity test crew are having a long holiday this weekend? My mind generally imagines the worst when time keeps passing and I keep hearing nothing, so if anyone could set me right on these issues 'twould be much appreicated. Thanks. Peace, MLEvans

That is normally anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on the product queue.. apparantly, lately, it's been around 5-7 days.

theyve got some of my stuff (cd's) been over 3 weeks now patience is a virtue :) BT

Hi guys I just went through it with my Planet Pack. It's been over a month and a half to get it right. Come to findout, renderositys server has a problem accepting uploads so if it goes more the 2 weeks ask ClintH for help. He mentioned a couple of days ago that they had 177 uploads in que waiting to be checked.

I think that they have had an overwelming amount of things l8ly. My 1st piece was about 3days, #2 about a week, #3 is now going on a week with still no one testing it.

Depends on the type of product, too. Software takes longest to test. But the length of the Q does vary hugely - I've had products delayed by two weeks and I've had one approved two hours after I uploaded it. Unpredictable. If you email store@renderosity.com or IM Clint or Jeff, they'll probably be able to give you an idea of time.

Most of the time is is 5-7 days. There was a short time period that testing took only a day or so. But that was exeptional! And now they are way behind again and it will take probably a week if nothing is wrong with the uploaded product. Caro (merchant for over a year S)

bin waiting nearly a week myself, got more to go up, still it gets there when it gets there
