I was directed to look for them here by Cake's sight but I can't seem to locate them, I was told that Renderocity couldn't find the requested item. Anyone know if there is somewhere else I could download them from?

Actually As Shanim's Awful Eyes are cool too........ they have a little more to them with the extra mech geometry you can use or not if you chose. I have both and like them bothWhat we do in life, echoes in eternity.

Cake1 is now selling Real Eyes at DAZ3D. This link should get you there I've been using the Real Eyes on many of my characters. I also got the DAZ Millennium teeth. I had a bit of fun with this image.EricofSD posted Mon, 08 July 2002 at 10:15 PM
I got them at DAZ but haven't been able to make them work yet. I'm still a newbie so I'm sure its me and not the program.

EricofSD... it's pretty easy.
Load your Vicky, Mike, or whatever figure. Double click on one of the eyes, a menu box will appear, remove the check mark on "visible" and click ok. It will look wierd at first. Then from the props section load the left or right "Real Eye" (whichever you've started with). Do the same for the other eye. That's it! You can then choose one of the mat color poses and you're all set!
Hope this helps get you on your way...

Yes, it's just that easy. You can also go into the Pose Library, and choose different eye colors.

Many thanks for the wealth of information my friends, I would be happy to purchase Cake One's Real Eyes package except that I am currently between positions :( but it is a thought for when that situation reverses itself. I didn't know about that visible check box, I did but I had not gotten around to playing with it yet.. though it gives some ideas

Check your Poses Library. There are poses for hiding and showing the figure's regular eyes as well as a full list of color changes. It's pretty awsome really.

Not that Real Eye's doesn't look great and I'm sure the time put into creating the package is significant...but at less than half the price, Shanim's Awful Eye's make the $25 price tag seem rather steep, don't you think? On top of that, he has a free, second material set for the eyes. Don't get me wrong...I would love to get my hands on Real Eyes...and goddess knows I spend WAY too much supporting Daz and the MP here...but I really have a hard time justifying the price on this "prop", never mind the ridiculous prices of the "add-on" textures available. ...peace
