Have you tried going to the menu on the upper "tool bar" that says figure (Between edit and object) and making sure genitals is checked? I am kinda confused to which menu you are refering to in your post. Are you talking about that one or the figure library menu? My P4 males always load up sans crotch when I bring them into a scene, and I have to go into the tool bar at the top to get them to show up.

Looks to me like the hip portion of the models are missing. I had this problem on a model and don't recall the fix. I remember reinstalling Poser and pro pack and the updates for other reasons and haven't seen the missing hip since then.

What version of Poser are you using?
You may have to delete the .rsr file that's found in the geometries folder for those figures.

I have corrected this bothersome bug by saving the file and rebooting the computer. Sometimes clicking the genitals off and on again will fixit.
