I just received Carrara 2 today, and it refuses to run on my Mac 7300. The Carrara 2 demo also refused to run.

I get the same error message, "... NavigationLib could not be found" with both the demo and the full version.

I sent Eovia support an email, and have not heard anything back yet.

I am using OS 8.1 which Eovia indicates is compatible with Carrara 2.0

I upgraded to a 450 Mhz Sonnet G4 processor card, but still am using the original Apple video hardware (no 3D chipset). I'm upgrading to Quicktime 5, but I don't think this is the problem.

So now I'm thinking I need to upgrade to OS X . Yes, I can run OS X (though Apple won't support it on the 7300) thanks to the Sonnet card and a patcher for OS X.

I'd appreciate any suggestions....?

(I already have a PC... any other suggestions?)
