3DModelz has been kind enough to provide me with a preview of a new environment prop they're putting out called, "3DWorldz". I've played with it a few hours and can already tell you that it's going to make an impact.

Finally, someone has improved on Nerd's original idea with the backdrop instead of just blatantly ripping him off.

Essentially, it's a large sphere big enough to build your entire scene, with props and all inside of. But, it has layered planes and transmaps which really sell the illusion of distance.

I am totally impressed with this. Can ya tell?

Where can you buy it? You can't yet. :) Sike!. But it will be available on Poser City July 29th, and then on Rosity in August for around $10 - $12 bucks. Amazing!

These guys are ones to watch now that they've started creating Poser products.
