Maybe because he finally got wings. ^_^ Yes, as soon as I can get new hosting for the Land Dragon, I'll also be releasing a set of wings for him. Right now, they're parented, but I'm working on making them actually conform. Soon, the Land Dragon will be landbound no longer!

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Of all the dragons on all the web pages in all the world, land dragon was the one that I had to downloaded. I didn't know he knew how to dance, too !! Great !!

er... but if he has wings, is he still a land dragon? :)

Valandar posted Fri, 12 July 2002 at 2:06 PM

Bloodsong, why do you think he's dancing? After months and months of discrimination, he has finally sprouted his wings, and can now leap into the sky to cavort and play with his brotheren... even if he's still considered "the goofy Land Dragon", despite his wings. ^_^

Wingless dragons prefer to be called landstriders. At least, they do in Europe and the Americas; oriental dragons don't make such a distinction. Mind you, none of us winged dragons actually call them that. We usually refer to the wingless as wyrms.

Yeah, maybe, but LD is a goofy feller. ^_^
