That happens when a bump map is applied in the wrong format. e.g. if you're using Poser 4, the bump map for the head has been applied in .jpg format instead of .bum Go into your material editor, and re-apply the bump map by clicking "load". Poser should prompt you to convert the file to .bum format. Click yes and all should work fine. Alternatively, you could just turn off the bump maps altogether. Unless it's for close-up renders, you'll usually find very little difference.

Actually, I used one of them MAT files. That should work right?

Yes, but if the MAT is designed for Pro-pack, and you don't have pro-pack, it will still be wrong. Take a look in the materials editor and see if the bump maps are loaded as .bum or .jpg. That will answer the question. Is that the DAZ Mike2 texture? DAZ provided MAT files for both versions of poser: the non-pro-pack versions are labelled "P4". But you still need to convert the bump maps to .bum format before that will work.
