Here is a picture of a character I am working on...and I have run into a few oddities with designing the texture maps.
1) on the beard (which is wizards beard from the freestuff), when I used uvmapper the image I came up with from it, had parts mapped overlapping each other. Did I do something wrong while using uvmapper? I tried as many settings in it as i found, but still left puzzled.
2) I also have a robe object which I will put on this guy (cant have a nekkid old wizard running around). But when mapping that one, it only had a front view on the robe (thips robe), so whatever texture I put on the front, also carried through to the back. Is there anyway I can work around this (other than haveing 2 textures...one when viewed from front, and another for back viewing)?
