Any ideas of what to do then? apart from making the darn box all over from scratch... sigh

you could try welding the vertices.. but then again you maight lose the whole shape of the box doing that.. try it.. but backup first :D Dolph.

it is not the problem. you see, poser tends to smooth every object that it encounters. in your case the box was smoothed by poser. Do a split verts in UVmapper and save it out again.

hmmm, I guess I started the box all wrong for all of this to work, so I've made a new from scratch. It's in Free stuff now. but thanks for all the help anyway :o)
