Morning in Atlantis, during that society's "Golden Age", when gold and platinum were the building materials of choice. Already the public bath house is bustling with activity. One young couple may be seen dropping a coin into one of the many Artesian spring fountains which once bubbled up all over Atlantis and furnished the island with its supply of fresh water. Though the practice was thought to bring good luck, over time it was this mass of coins which was responsible for the blockage of the majority of the springs across the island. Once these outlets became blocked, the back-pressure eventually became great enough to cause the island to erupt violently; thus bringing an end to the most famous, if not the most comfortably dressed, of history's lost civilizations. Arranged, textured and rendered by me in Bryce. Still getting around to the modelling part. Please don't hold that against me. All models are assorted freebies from Bryce and Carrara content CD's, with various dorks and posettes sporting pierangelo's tennis skirt... available at Renderosity Free Stuff. Act now, operators are standing by. All rights reserved for others. Void where prohibited. For non-commercial mis-use only. :o)

Beautiful entry! I like the many details and the overall feeling of a living and breathing city. Well done!

Yes great mossy textures. With all the indulgences taking place looks like Atlantis is nearing the end of its Golden Age.
