Hello people! I am working on a new character I am creating called 'Vincent', the first picture is the sketch I made on paper, the second is a temporary render. The basic model is finished and so are the boots, body armor and shoulderpads. Next would be the chainlinks between the shoulderpads and the elbowpads, and the elbowpads themselves. I was wondering if someone had any good advice on how to make the elbowpads, and the straps around the arm. Making tha chain themselves wasn't that much of a problem, but since one end of the chain is attached to the shoulderpad, and the other end is attached to the elbowpad, it's logical to assume it's not easily posable...any suggestions on that are welcome too.The Engineer posted Tue, 30 July 2002 at 10:42 AM

Thanks Phil...but wouldn't that give trouble to keep the chain attached to the elbow pad as well? It's like the chain has two parents :) I must admit I haven't tried it yet though...
