I know you've probably seen this question a million times but I'm going to ask anyway. I'm just a newbie to Poser(PC) and have been contemplating buying a MAC. But several software packages that I'd like to buy on Renderosity are for PC only. Is there a software package that converts "PC only" files to be usable on a MAC?
Thanks for your time.

Yep, try the link above. MartinCs "Macconverter" did great job for us Mac users! Cheers SaschaBazC posted Wed, 31 July 2002 at 1:30 PM
Take a look in the macintosh forum, link to the right of this page under Topic Forums. There's a useful link at the top of the mac page about mac compatability particularly regarding poser. There is also a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of buying a mac titled 'Sell me on a Macintosh" or something like that. There really aren't any problems though, converting files is automatic and takes seconds with MartinC's excellent utility that doerp told you about. A few modelling apps are PC only (3DSMax, Rhino and one or two others) otherwise no problem! Baz

Try "Virtual PC to run" .exe files. This is a comercial program, but runs commercial programs well, albeit slowly. Jim
