Hi Anybody know where I can get a pdf download of Vue's manual? I'm trying to make a choice between Vue and Bryce and the Docs. are very helpful to me for evaluation. Thanks

LOL,NO! The manual is protected as the software itself:-). Get the free Demo of Vue4 at www.e-onsoftware.com and try Vue. Do the same with Bryce and then make your choice. For sure you will like Vue better. And if you need help, even with the demo, we are here for you. If you like to know what other users think in comparing, read this: http://www.renderosity.com/%7Evue/compare.html Guitta

Vue is better (and cheaper ) but it is a RAMvor (like Carnivor) it eats your RAM out ! and leaves nothing ! When I render something it Vue - I take a LONG coffee break The trees are better but there are less - although you can create easily new plants by using bitmaps

Nirsul you can avoid Vue to slow down when you have lots of objects in it. Just hide layers or individual objects. :-)Guitta

Anyhow, polygones are not equal to polygones. Try what i said and you will be surprised by "no memory lack". Also group objects whenever possible. I was working for years on a PentiumII-300 128 RAM, even in the beginnings with Vue 4. You have to know to handle it. The UserGuide helps you. :-)Guitta
