I search Saddle and bridle (Sattel und Zaumzeug) for Charger (Western-Style). For free or in store. I see already the Fantasy Tack at DAZ but I search for alternatives. Any ideas? Mazak

Ah, but he is asking for a "western style" saddle! Most horses ridden by cowboys were mustangs, quarter-horses, saddlebred, morgan, and other fairly compact breeds. (They needed to be able to survive off of scrubland.) A western-style saddle has a high cantle and bent metal piece for looping a lariat around once you've nabbed your steer (or whatever 4-legged demon is on the other end of the rope). It is a fairly comfortable saddle for riding all day (given that human legs are not naturally curved to fit around a horse's belly), however... I have a hard time imagining the great draft horses under a cowboy's knees. Well, maybe... if he was on the lead horse of the Budweiser wagon! Carolly

heyas; scotta had a western saddle, and lyne made one recently, which was over at lannie's site. they were for the p4 horse, but you can always size it up and tweak it to fit the charger. for the bridle, jackie's bridle which i fussed with for the incredible tack pack should do (with resizing/shaping of course). this is lannie's site, if it is there these days.
