I shape the face of the model the way I like it, then I apply a pose from the libraries and the face then turns back to normal! What am I doing wrong here???? thanks!

A lot of the poses in the libraries contains morph information. You're not doing anything wrong, the peep that created the pose did ;o) Either pose your person and THEN do the face or use Schlabber's poses, his are free from unwanted facechanges :o) And someone else in here with their bookmarks in order will most likely give you (and ME) the link to his site...

you are doing nothing wrong.some poses do such things. best is to save your shaped face to the face library, use the poses you want , and than apply the saved face again.
